Cuisine

Your room will have Evian bottled water and a coffee maker or hot pot for tea, in case you prefer to have a cup first thing in the morning.

When you come downstairs, you’ll be greeted with piping hot coffee, tea or chocolate, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh baked bread and muffins with butter, jams and honey, fresh berries and fruit… and then the entrees.

Depending on your preferences, we’ll have egg or egg-and-cheese dishes made many different ways, bacon from Belmont Butchery (two blocks away), or smoked salmon from Carytown Seafood (three blocks away).

If you like a little something sweet, we’ll have waffles, pancakes or French toast, with Vermont Maple syrup and fresh berries.

Did I mention that everything is fresh? And if you have special dietary needs, just let us know. We’ll work it out.

In the evening we usually serve wine and cheese. If that’s not your cup of tea, we’ll have some other type of hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. Throughout the day, we’ll have hot or cold drinks, cookies or other snacks. Fresh fruit is always available.
