Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Check-out is 11:30 a.m.

We are not pet/animal friendly.

Off street parking is provided.

We are a smoke-free facility.

Rates listed are per room, per night for up to 2 people. Rates are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees. Full payment is due at time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit & debit cards.

To cancel a reservation, please call us at 804-359-2332. For individual stays cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival (3 pm the day before arrival) will incur one night's stay charge. For full house rental or special events see policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For general guest stays (not including special events or complete house rentals) If cancellation is made 3pm the day before scheduled stay no fee, however anytime after cancellation fee is one night stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For special events or whole house rentals. We are a small, but distinguished lodging establishment and we take great care in preparing for your visit.  Within 14 days of your planned event you forfeit your reservation fee. All cancellations or changes in the arrangements for your stay must be made verbally with a phone call to the innkeeper or by email

Animal Policy: We are exempt from the ADA rules for accepting animals of any kind due to the size of our location. We apologize for this inconvenience.

We do not accept animals but have information of local Animal Inns or Hotels that are pet/animal friendly. Please call for details
